ZFD-04 Type Intelligent Integrated Flame Detector
ZFD-04 series flame detector is integrated by flame probe and signal processor. There is no control cabinet in contral room any more, reducing installation cost of the whole system and workload of wiring. It upgrades temperature test and self-diagonosis, especially adopts the self-diagnosis way of analog falme signal. It can do 100% self-diagonosis for flame detector return circuit. It is not only the innovative product manufactured by ZN company, but also the exclusive adoption of technology at home and abroad.

Structure Installation and Wiring
Length of ZFD-04 series integrated flame detector is decided by length of boiler burner secondary air duct. The front end of flame detector is composed of outer catheter, inner catheter, lens module, fiber optic components, cooling air interface etc. Probe structure see picture 1. Integrated flame detector is installed in secondary air duct in boiler burner. The hole of burner make front end and back end in the same core.Sight line of integrated flame detector front part should keep clear. If there is obstacle, it should be opened pore and moved. During installation, back supporting tube and centre line of secondary air duct should be kept parrallel; there is no interference between integrated flame detector and ignation device. Keep the space that is needed for plugging by integrated flame detector.
