Introduction of this wood chipping machine
This wood chipping machine belongs to one type of wood crushing equipment. In other words, wood powder or sawdust is produced this chipper machine, widely used in paper-making, edible fungus, mechanism charcoal, sawdust board, particle board, high density board, preparing process of MDF production and single wood powder (sawdust) production base of raw materials,can cutting mainly logs, branches, bamboo, straw and so on.
It can be powered by electric motor, diesel engine, or gasoline engine, which can meet different countries and regions demands.

Working principle
Gasoline power type wood chipper is working with blade cutting and high-speed airflow impact. It makes collision & crushing function together. At the same time, it will complete the micro-material sorting process. In the process of blades' cutting and grinding, the rotor produces high-speed airflow, which rotates with the blades' cutting direction. Then the material will accelerate in the airflow, and the impact is repeated to make the material be double-pulverized at the same time.

1.Moving blade 
The cutting blade adopts high quality alloy cutting tools. The cutters are hard, worn-resistant, sharp, and difficult to rust. Its
service life is longer than the general steel cutting tools, and the output of wood crusher is larger.

2.The main part of the machine 
To keep balance is very important for reducing this machine's output weight error, and it uses dynamic balancing equipment, which will keep weight error range less than 15g. Therefore, the chopping machine can run smoothly, reduce noise, improve production efficiency, prolong the service cycle, and lower cost.

3.Cutter head
The cutter is composed of thick steel plates and has changed the original raw steel fragile influence, so as to increase the
service life of the machine. Its fan design is enhanced in the machine's high running speed. It is very easy to sieve out the wood from the whole cutter head.

4.Hammer blade

Hammer is made of carbon structural steel, which will impact and crush the wood for multiple times. It can improve the broken rate. The operators can use both sides of the hammer--- when a blade's one side is broken, they can replace the hammer for the other side, but need keep it at the same position, so as not to affect the dynamic balance of the machine.This double-sided blades usage will reduce the cost.
