Cu dual drawing machine type DDL-450/13 is applied to drawing 8mm cu rod into1.2mm-3.5mm cu wire, its drawing capstans are arranged in row, and two rods are simultaneously drawn and annealed on line, speed of mechanical parts and electrical control can be matching each other. It is easy to operate, easy to change dies quickly and to change dual take up spools automatically without any pause and coiled. This machine has features of easy and convenient operation, high efficiency and good quality of product.

5. Drawing Host Machine:
Cu dual drawing machine type DDL-450/13 is dual drawing one with micro-sliding and quick change die, elaborately designed with high drawing speed rod breakdown machine to meet domestic demand on the cu wire after learning from the foreign advanced technique.
Gears for host drawing machine adopts bevel gear with high strength for transmission, surface of gears is treated by quenching elaborate polishing to ensure biting accuracy of gear and low noise.
Gears and bearings are cooled by oil from the out laid gear pump and tube type heat exchanger, which is to control temperature of lubricant and lubricating performance well.
Drawing capstans adopts full immersion for lubricant and cooling , well arranged dies with micro-sliding so as to elongate service life of capstans and die tool.
Host drawing machine is driven by DC motor to decrease power consumption and easy to maintain .
Gear box and drawing oil tank is of structure with mechanical seals without leakage, which is used in long duration.
Final capstan is separately driven by DC motor via triangle belts, its working part adopts air cooling to control temperature of outlet wire.
Annealer is driven by motor and electromagnetic brakes via flat belts, brakes is off while drawing hard wires, which doesn't effect the service life of annealing carbon brushes.
Machine is controlled with touch screen and adopts quick change die system .Users click data such as spec. of inlet wire, final wire and sliding ratio into system, the system will count the technical data such as location ,quantity of die tools.
Drawing capstan is slanted horizontal in a angle with base line of transmission gear box , in terms of leaving a distance in axial way between drawing capstans, distance among drawing capstans , drawing dies holders and gear box inner wall is always in min. cantilever state, and equal elongation , which is enhance strength of parts.
Drawing capstans adopt steel capstan with tungsten carbon coated on surface, which ensure long service life of capstan.
Alarm for lacking oil is equipped and machine is automatically stopped to avoid the machine from working in no lubricant state

6.Annealer TypeTH8000
Annealer type TH8000 is new type vertical annealer for high speed round wire after elaborately being developed and designed ,it adopts 3-section short circuit AC annealing principle.
Annealer type TH8000 is of closed structure, protection housing is for wire transition to ensure safe operation.
Annealer mainly consists of conduction system, oxidization protection system, cooling system, drying system, electrical system.
Oxidization protection system adopts steam(equipped with one steam generator)
Length for Annealing section, pre-heating section, cooling section and speed ratio of transmission belt capstans are accurately scientifically counted to meet the annealing requirements for cu wire, which is proved by production not only to enhance the service life of conduction nickel ring but also softness and surface quality of cu wire
Winding wire in circulating way is to enhance the cooling effect.
Cooling lubricant adopts with burning stew liquid with thickness of 0.5%-1% in circulating way.
In general for cooling is through water pool or heat exchangers laid outside (heat exchanger and cooling tower laid outside are provided by users)
Drying system is by compressed air and die tool.
All cooling water source and compressed air are provided by users
Annealing scope is wide and annealing speed is quick, annealing quality is controlled on line.
Electrical control system is controlled by the digital speed regulator.
 

7.Vertical wire accumulator with tensile:
The wire accumulator works together with the dual-spool take-up when start, stop and change spool. Tensile roller surface is treated with sprinkling argil to improve guide rollers using time and product quality efficiently. The length of accumulating wire is 7 meters as a replenishment when the take-up speed changed a little. Tensile strength is controlled by pneumatic compaction and air pressure is adjustable within 0.3~0.6Mpa.

8.Pneumatic Dual Spooler:
The dual spooler is designed in a vertical type and equipped with two sets of separate transmission control system. With good quality in pneumatic components, working pressure can be adjustable steplessly, the traversing bracket is driven by 1.5kw frequency converter motor and enable it to be traversing as round-trip, as well the machine have some function for the spool such as upward, downward, clamp, release and tray can be moveable. At the same time, some actions like spool exchange and spool form free-load to full load are all controlled by PLC automatically, of which performance achieves upwards of 99.6%.

This take-up unit uses coiling way and main motor is AC motor, with features like convenient, easy, reliable and large capacity. The holder of spool-change which adopts a pneumatic way is flexible and reliable. It has a automatic localizer with three working position, that is preparing position, take up position and full-bobbin position. And there is a special rolling track for transportation of basket to get a smooth transportation while changing basket. With a quincunx style wiring and a automatic brake for cut-off, there is not any distinct tremble in high speed running.
