Originally our main customer is Korean Lock&Lock, their purchase amount shrinked current years because of the sade event. Originally our main customer is Korean Lock&Lock, their purchase amount shrinked current years because of the sade event. Corresponding we reduce the scale of our factory and at the same time introduced and accepted new customers. Currently 150 workers in our factory, the youngest is also 22 years old.
The main device is sewing machine, we have more than 65 pieces. Fabric cutting machine, cardboard cutting machine, edge machine also equipped to establish a completed production line. Full-time staffs are responsible for quality control during the production, also masters supervise the goods inspection and packing. 2 people for quality control, 3 people direct the goods inspection.
We have our own designer to support customers′ OEM, but ODM also workable for us. About 55-60 days for the standard production lead time. 40FT can be shipped one month, our biggest record is 46 *40 HQ. We have special sample department, about 3-5 days samples can be provided. Goods can be shipped from Shanghai or Ningbo. Both T/T payment with 30% deposit and LC at sight accepted for us.
