Base plate are used in the area of Rail Transit Forgings, forged forming with quality material by CNC Hydraulic Forging Hammers. We have three production lines, are able to produce base plate, fish plate and other railway fastener forgings etc, annual output are 2 million pieces. After forming by forged, base plate will be processed by heat treatment, before last quality checking and packing, base plates are processed by shot blasting for fine surface.
