Thermal Break Assembly Mechine

Extrusion Aluminum Thermal Break Machine including:
1: knurling with strip feeding machine
2: Rolling machine/combining machine
3: testing machine
   1) Knurling is the first step in the production process, produce teeth in aluminum pocket that will "bite" into the strip during crimping process. Proper knurling is required to insure guarantee shear strength of the composite profile.Teeth depth: between 0.15~0.3mm, distance between teeth center-lines should be no greater than 0.78mm .After knurling than strip feeding on the other side of the machine.
  2)Crimping process uses three sets of wheels which rotate the aluminum on to the strut to mechanically lock it into place, forming the bond between the two extrusions and the strut.The assembled aluminum and strut profiles then act as a composite to transfer loads,over 500kg of pressure is applied in stages to crimp the aluminum. The first set of wheels applies 50 of the pressure while the second set applies 100 percent. The third set of wheels help to strenthen the extrusion and completes the crimping process. 
 
 3)This is the testing machine, which is used for testing shear strength.
