Shaoxing Tianyun Garment-Making Co., Ltd. (Shaoxing Tianya Clothing Co., Ltd. ) is located in Shaoxing where the traffic is very swift and convenient. We enjoy the right of self-import and self-export. With a staff of over 550, our factory building area covers 7, 500 square meters.
At present, we own over 350 sets of machines, such as button holing sewing machine imported from Japan, button sewing machine, computerized seaming machine, sleeve sewing machine, bodice sewing machine, 4-stitch closing sewing machine, overeager, high temperature bonding machine, automatic sleeve pressing machine, bar-ticker, bag sewing machine and 50 sets steam pressing equipment.
Our main products are various kinds of shuttle-weaving female/male shirts with an output capacity of 200, 000 shirts and 30, 000pcs pants a month. Our shirts are made of pure cotton single drill, poplin, ribbed velvet, yarn-dyed check, CVC oxford, yarn-dyed fancy, T/R yarn-dyed cloth, and 65/35/T/C dyed & yarn-dyed fabrics. Our products are sold far to over 10 countries/regions of Switzerland, the USA, Canada, Australia, UK, France, Germany, etc.
