The thermal stability of high polymerization degree ammonium polyphosphate is good. It has high phosphorus and nitrogen content also. The burning inhibitor XS-"APP"has such properties as small absorption of moisture, low toxicity, close neutrality, APP burning inhibitor is the abbreviation of AMMONIUM POLYPHOS and PHATE burning inhibitor. General formula: (NH4)n+2Pn03n+1APP. In the application process it has many merits such as good chemical stability performance, no volatilize, no caustic gas, lasting effective, can remarkably improve the intermiseibility with the base material and increase the powder′s fluidity. The heat expansion efficiency greatly enhanced in the anti-burnt process. The inflation fire protection material and fire-retarding paint can be manufactured with it.
It is suitable to the fire protection processing of vehicle, ship, high-rise building and electric cable. Also, it can be used as anti-burn the chemical additive to the rubber, plastic, textile fiber, paper, fab, ic and the adhesive.
