There are 25000 ramie textile spindles, 13000 staple textile spindies, 1600 open-end spinning machines, 914 looms include 198 rapier looms, a printing and dyeing production line that can produces 10 million meter cloths a year, and 2 complete set of ramie degumming equipments to fit in with the production capacity. It is one of the largest scale-produce ramie corporation in China. Also it has the operation right of import and export. Forthermore, it was passed ISO9002 international quality management system validation.
The corporation owns qualified technician and high technical textile equipment, the main equipments are Japan′s OKK drawing frame, France′s NSC drawing frame and coarse frame, Itaty′s SAVIO automatic cone winding machine, Switzerland′s Benninger beaming machining, Germany′s IELL sizing machine, Taiwan′s labortex, and America′s a set of color measurement and color matching computer. It can produce 400 ton ramie yarn, 15 million meter grey cloths a year and printing and dyeing 10 million meter cloths a year. Beside the corporation is powerful for exploiting the new products.
