1. Low Relaxation Pre-Stressed Concrete Steel Strand (PC Strand)

Specification: Low relaxation,
Left (or right) hand lay, 1*7 Strand, High tensile (1860Mpa), 270K Grade, According to ASTM416-99, or BS5986

Diameter:
9.53mm, 12.7mm, 15.24mm, 17.8mm, 21.6mm(other size available against specific inquiry)

Packing:
Approx 3 MT per Coil; Wrapped by Poly-woven clothes, and bundled by steel strips onto wooden (or steel) pallets. 7 Coils loaded into one 20ftcontainer, no excess of 21 Metric Tons.

Payment terms:
By an irrevocable LC issued by first rank North America Bank, or T/T in advance.

Capacity and shipment: 2000mt/month, within 1.5 month after receiving of LC.

Application:
PC Strand can be widely used as a new steel material taking place of traditional constructional material, such as re-bar, wire rod. PC wire strand is mainly used in the upper plates of bridges, as cable for special bridges and for the maintenance of bridges. In construction, this product is used in concrete pilings and supports for the construction of buildings, domes for nuclear power plants and reinforcement of LNG concrete tanks. It is also used in the floor and roof reinforcement of sports stadiums. Besides these general uses, the products are essential in large-scale cargo recovery and offshore platform jobs in which cranes and other recovery equipment cannot be used, in construction maintenance, anchors for civil engineering work, and of course, for rail ties for railroad and high-speed trains. Additionally, these products can be extensively used in construction materials for PC panels, high-pressure concrete water pipes, marine structures, towers and runways.

2. Unbonded (PE Extruded) Strand
This is special product made by PC strand covering by the PE covers and fill with the rease inside.

3.1x19 STRAND
Diameter: 21.6mm, this structure PC Strand 1X19 widely used in Mining industries. Can meet JIS3536 standard.
