We manufacture and export a variety of sheet metal products for architectural, automotive, mechanical parts. Our main product line includes stamping and CNC machining. We have a strong and highly efficient R&D team which can design and make OEM/ODM products according to your ideas and samples.
Our plant currently has more 200 technicians and empolyees. Includes 20 senior engineers. We are capable from design, manufacture, testing, inspection, to on-site installation guidance, and commissioning.
Moreover, in order to ensure the quality of the orders, our independent QC members to carry out strict inspection at each stage:
(1)Incoming material inspection
(2)Inspection of work-in-progress
(3)Finished product inspection
(4)Random warehouse inspections
All of our operations are strictly compliant with ISO 9001guidelines, and we are TS16949 certified, IFC management system
We own advanced equipment, 1, 000T, 630T, 500T hydraulic press machine, Hans Laser cutting machine, CNC punch machine, Bending machine, Cutting plate machine and other more 300 sets of modern equipment.
