3. Equipped with upper and lower automatic teflon sheet cycling and cleaning system with cycling speed adjustable from 4 to 13.5m/min.
4. Silicone rubber is designed with anti-wrinkle and fixed by quick clamp and tension draw bar, which not can only prolong its service life but also shorten replacement time.
5. Vacuum valve adopts imported elements with stable performance and accurate control.
6. Integration of automatic/semi-automatic/manual control, which can enable the production
line to achieve automatic loading-laminating-unloading and manual loading-laminating-unloading.
7. SIEMENS PLC can help the equipment to realized communication with PC, which can meet the control requirements of modern industrial automation.
8. Process parameter will be memorized automatically and won't be lost after restart or reset; automatic recording main operation steps to provide data for quality analysis.
9. Upper and lower manual emergency vent valves are available to open the cover in case of accidental power cut.
