On November 11th, 2004, after the application being approved by the Ministry of Commerce, JingCheng Holding Company established a joint venture company with ILB International Logistikbetriebe AG and Symex International General Trading Company. The business of GIS covers centralized purchasing, industrial logistics processing, warehousing and distribution, international trade and so on. GIS also provides the supply chain solutions for the industrial manufacturing enterprises. The business revenue exceeded 6.7 billion Yuan in 2012.
