Establishing in 1986, in the beautiful seaside city ---Qingdao, Qingdao Jinlian Copper Industry Co., Ltd is a comprehensive enterprise integrating melting cast, extrusion, stretching and rolling. Now it′s the total assets reach 65 million. It covers 31, 800 square meters and has 316 employees. Our company has a strong competitiveness among the copper industry and gain a good reputation in the whole industry in the world. Besides, we also has a branch company which specialized in foundry equipment, dust removing equipment, shot blast machine and foundry sand mixer.
Our main equipments are 500MTS, 800MTS extruder, 330, 457, 500, 550 rolling machines, 750kg induction owen, 500KW car bottom resistance furnace, 2400 KVA transformer and copper /aluminium busbar production line, copper and aluminium laminate connector production line, deep processing equipments including face milling, bending, borehole. And it has tinning, acid pickling production line.
In order to solve the fever problem and heavy energy consumption of heavy-current busbar connector, our company imported and developed a new generation founding type energy conservation heavy-current copper aluminium connector and copper laminate connector, adopting the most advanced macromolecule microcomputer controlling technology in the world, and Diffusion-osmosis Shielded Arc Welding. Our products are widely used in producing aluminium, chemicals, carbon, electricity industry and swiches.
