Our company was established in 1997, specializing in the production of cashmere yarn, cashmere sweaters and other cashmere products, the company covers an area of l00 acres, has a plant more than 20, 000 square meters, 350 employees, currently has a research and development, production and sales companies, become the most advanced production base of cashmere products.
The dyeing workshop is equipped with 6 bulk-fiber dyeing tanks, 1 hank dyeing machines and 2 drying machines. All dyeing machines are equipped with the state-of-the-art SETEX535 computer control system made in Germany, which maximally avoid color difference between different dyeing tanks in dyeing process.
The woolen spinning workshop including Octir combing machine, Bigagli spinning machine and Schlafhorst winding machines. It can produce 12nm ~ 36 nm cashmere yarn and all kinds of blended cashmere yarn with annual production capacity of 500 tons.
We are imported 2 line equipment from the Italy for producing the worsted yarn, it will be produced in Oct. The yarn scope is 28/2Nm-180/2Nm.
Pure cashmere yarn and blended yarn the percentage, the color and the count can be available by your need.
Our MOQ is 50 kgs, one color. If the order is 50kgs, the Lead Time from Order to Shipment is 30days(including the time confirming the color ).
The terms of payment is advanced payment 30%, balanced after reacived copy B/L.
