The new digital/intelligent factory of "Liontone" lubricating oil is located in Jiaozhou City, Qingdao. The designed annual production capacity of industrial lubricating oil is 30000 tons, and the products produced cover the full range of lubricating products required by ordinary industrial customers. The internal management standards are "ability, efficiency, process, and controllability", and the advanced intelligent ERP system in the industry is used for process and quality control. The internal control quality standards exceed national or industry standards.
Our factory covering an area of more than 20 acres and a factory area of more than 8000 square meters. Equipped with 14 base oil storage tanks, with a storage capacity of 1000 tons of base oil, 23 oil blending kettles, and 8 water-based blending kettles, covering 14 full packaging 1L-1000L oil filling lines and 5 water-based filling lines, with a maximum daily blending capacity of 300 tons per shift. During the production process, specialized tanks, specialized kettles, dedicated lines, specialized machines, and specialized inspections are implemented to avoid oil mixing and maximize production efficiency.
