In December of the same year, WTD was approved by the Custom General Administration of PRC as a licensed Custom brokerage agency. WTD set up Guangzhou Bonded District West True Dragon Logistic Ltd., in year 2000. By the year 2004, it owns 14000 m2 bonded warehouse and 2000 m2 Custom bonded warehouse both are well equipped. In year 2002, WTD established its own trucking department. With five million RMB registered capital and more than 30 bonded trucks, this department became ′Guangzhou General Province Transportation Ltd.′ on May 2004.
