Our factory located in the beautiful ocean city Ningbo, covers 15, 000 square meters, and building area of 9, 600 square meters. The total assets of the company are about 40 million. Now there are 120 employees in the company including 10 technicians.
There are CNC 10 sets, digital lathe 90 sets, turning &milling machine 4 sets, and cold extrusion machine, die casting machines etc. More than 100 sets. Equipped with sound machining conditions and 5S management system. Also we have complete quality control equipments, e. g. CMM, projector apparatus, Ultrasonic defect detector, salty spray test, roughness test, Altimeter, Brinell hardnesstest, Rockwell hardness test, Vickers hardness test. Film thickness test, VMS-G, etc. Can effectively guarantee quality of product.
