This factory was founded in 1962. In the past 30 odd years this factory has developed into a specialized enterprise in making various kinds of rubber vulcanization accelerators and into a specialized enterprise in making agricultural chemicals approved by the petrochemical industry department of Jiangsu provincial government and registered in the Ministry of Agriculture of P. R. C...At first this factory was located in Beimenpo of Zhenjiang city proper. Along with the productive scale development of this enterprise and the city construction development, this factory began to move into Zhenjiang chemical area in 1995 and finished the movement in July 1997. For carrying
out the policy of building Zhejiang great chemical industry, this factory formally joined in Jiangsu SOPO Group Limited Company in Aug. 1997 through the approvement of the city government. On the Basis of the two important steps, this enterprise has accomplished the capacity for making still greater development. Now the scale quality and efficiency concerning the products of this Factory have been rated as the first rate among those of the same trade of China.

In the first development period the new factory area has got 60 mu land(one mu=0.067 hectare), and a productive scale of yearly 5000 ton of rubber vulcanization accelerator has also been realized. Now factory has the total capital of 70, 000, 000 yuan RMB and 580 staff and workers among whom 90 odd persons are of special field technique. Now the main products of this factory: the "Flying Wheel" brand rubber vulcanization accelerators of MBT(M), MBTS(DM), CBS(CZ), MBS(NOBS), TMTD, DPG(D) etc., "FengLu" brand agricultural chemical of FuMeiShuang and the sodium sulfide, etc...

This factory has a long history of making rubber vulcanization accelerators with the gradually perfect productive method, technological steps and process. The products quality has been up to the advanced world level. In the recent years the products have once and again won the prizes of Jiangsu provincial new excellent products, such as Golden Ox prize Zhenjiang Famous Brand Product and Inspection-Free product. The extra fine TMTD and the granulated TMTD have won the title of high and new tech product awarded by Jiangsu provincial government.
