Estabished in 1998, Dong′e Huatao Steel Ball Co., Ltd. Is located at the Economic Development Zone, Dong′e County. At present, our company has four large-scale production companies and a trade company. We are a specialized bearing accessory manufacturing enterprise which gathers research and development, producing and sale together.
Covering an area of 300acres, the company has total assets of 400million CNY and more than 1000 employees. Our bearing steel ball producing scale ranks third in the same industry in China and ranks second in the same industry in Shandong Province. Our company has achieved ISO9001 and ISO/TS16949 quality system certification, and we have a municipal technology center.
We have 665 sets of major equipments, including the most advanced non-oxidizing steel-wire annealing furnace, heading machine, flashing machine, grinding machine, vertical lapping machine, rollerpicking machine and so on. With more than 126 sets special detection equipment of balls, such as automatic ball appearance detector and inspection tester. And the annual output of steel balls is 30, 000 tons.
Our bearing steel ball products are GCr15 high-precision, low-noise, long-life steel ball, using a special process GB/T308.1-2013 with production specification 3.969mm-25.4mm, vibration value Z3/Z4 group, accuracy G5, G10level. According to GB308-89 and the United States ANSI/AFBMA std. 10-1989 standard, we can manufacture accuracy between G10-G1000 various kinds carbon steel ball, stainless steel ball, copper ball rack and various kinds special materials and non-metallic materials ball, and also other kinds of non-standard ball.
The products are mainly used in automotive bearing, machine tool bearing, bicycles, rickshaws, cars, motorcycles, instrumentation, electrical appliances, medical equipment, chemicals, military and others. Our producing technology has reached the international advanced level. At present, our products cover a domestic market share of over 15%.
