Product Description
1.Product overview:
JCZ5 series AC high voltage vacuum contactor is suitable for AC 50~60Hz,main circuit rated voltage 12KV,rated current from 160A to 630A power network system for remote making and breaking and frequent starting and controlling AC motors, transformers and capacitor banks.
This series of vacuum contactor use overall insulation frame structure with high - quality vacuum switch tube , and secondary control is simple and reliable , stable performance, the external installation of the overall insulation cover , beautiful outlook . We have optimized the transmission mechanism, to make them more compact, also have good synchronization performance, small bounce.
We have two types for our customer: the electromagnetic holding type and the permanent magnet type.2.Ambient temperature:-25 ºC ~ +40 ºC.
2.1.Installation site altitude does not exceed 2000m.
2.2.The relative humidity of the air,the wettest month average monthly maximum relative humidity of 90%,monthly average minimum temperature of 25ºC,and taking into account the cream of temperature changes on the surface of the product.
2.3.Environment:anhydrous invasion,non-corrosive and flammable gas and excessive vibration occasions.
3.Use requirements
3.1.Select the vacuum contactor technical parameters correctly,including the auxiliary switch contacts can not be overloaded use.
3.2.When the vacuum contactor is in the switch close and open operation,the secondary control current is about 5A,so we recommend if the user choose the control relay product,the capacity has to exceed 10A.
3.3.Vacuum contactor around and above to leave enough insulation space to ensure the safety of use.
3.4.When the control power is turned on,but no reaction,cut off the control power immediately to check the reasons to avoid burning the solenoid coil.
3.5.The electromagnetic system have strong magnetic attraction when it's working,we should keep the things with ferromagnetic material away form the machine.
3.6.The main circuit connection principle is:the upper end (static end) is the incoming terminal,the lower end (moving end) is the outgoing terminal.
