We have our own ways in complex unscrewing, slide, multi-cavities mold making and copy mold and big mold making. Our company established in 1995. It employs more than 300 people including more than 50 engineers specializing in the design of plastic parts and tools utilizing CAD/CAM/CAE. We mainly have Marketing Dept., Project Dept., Engineering Dept., Manufacturing Dept., Quality Assurance Dept., and Logistics Dept. Etc.
Equipped with the most advanced software for tooling design, analysis and manufacturing. Its facilities includes 7 high speed CNC machine center from Switzerland and Japan, 13 CNC machine center from Japan and Taiwan, 2 Minor EDM from Switzerland, 28 ZNC EDM from Hong Kong and Taiwan. 23 injection machine from 50 tons to 1300 tons Etc.

In 2005, our annual production capacity of 800 standard mold sets with the capability to build molds weight over 40 Metric Tons.
We have rich experience in hot runner technology, gas-assisted injection molding, mold flow defect analysis, mold design allowance for excessive warp or distortion, mold cooling optimization, weld-line elimination and 2-shot molding.
