And there are corresponding special designs, making Beilite VB series of three-D vibration screening filtration machine can screen and sort materials whether dry or wet, fine or rough, heavy or light, 0 to 400 mesh, and also can filter liquid, slurry, 0 to 600 mesh.
Besides, it owns more excellent screen cleaning device, minimize the risk of blocking mesh. It effectively improve the screening efficiency and processing precision.
Beilite special models and a variety of screen fixed structure forms let customer have more choices.
Advantages and Characteristics:
1.High screening precision and efficiency. Any materials such as powders, granules, mucus can be used.
2.Parts without dead corner, easy to be cleaned and disinfected thoroughly. New type of screen mesh structure, with a long service life. New type of space truss structure, long duration, screen replacement only needs 5 to 10 minutes.
3.Can be used with single layer and multi-layer mesh screen.
4. There are two kinds of material: carbon steel and stainless steel. Depend on the client's requirement.

Function and Principles:
The basic principles of the vibrating screening filtration is that the heavy hammers up and low ends of the motor (unbalanced heavy hammers) make the motor's movement into horizontal, vertical, and tilted three dimensional movement, and then transmit this movement to the screen surface.
Changing the phase angle of heavy hammers up and down the motor can change the direction of movement of raw materials.
