Over the past decade, COLEDER has been one of the tier-1 LED display manufactures in China and Asia-Pacific market, which laid a solid foundation for our international business expansion. To better serve our global customers, COLEDER will continue to enhance our global presence by setting up overseas branches, two of which are COLEDER America for American market and COLEDER Germany for European market.
In November 2014, Kinsun Optoelectronic Co., Ltd, one of the top LED lighting product manufacturers in China, partnered with COLEDER, one of the top LED display manufactures in China, by acquiring 51% of COLEDER stock share. This acquisition is considered one of the most influential events in Chinese LED industry as it brings two LED super-powers together. Also the acquisition paves the way for COLEDER′s global move with stronger capital support and cash flow.
