Morhone Industrial Company Limited (hereinafter to be referred as Morhone) was founded in 2003 (Former Fuqiang Shoe Material Ltd), located in Jinjiang City, China ---- which is renowned as shoe R&D center in worldwide and possesses its unique superior quality, rich resources and advanced technologies, and has been dedicated in researching & developing, designing, manufacturing and selling foot care production since its establishment in 2003.

Our main production includes polyurethane insoles, EVA inserts, gel insoles, silicone insoles, TPU/TPR removable insoles, heel cushions, foot/ball pads and so on, all these are good for health can be widely used in indoor and outdoor activities including working, entertainment, sports, walking, etc. After years accumulation of experiences and marketing development, our production are popular in South- East, Middle- East, Pacific Area, and America and highly praised and honored from all customers for its superior quality and satisfied service.

We imported JIT(Just In Time) management & MRP system in 2008, and employed superior production mode, which included to utilize resources reasonably, optimize production method, and applied kanban to comprehensively control materials imports and exports, order production and quality inspection, to aim at the goal that reduce the resources waste, planned the capital, cut down the product cost and improved the quality and the passing rate.
