Changchun wangli plastic mould corporation was located in NO. 28, xinanhu road, chaoyang district changchun city. We have priority of working place, convenient traffic, to the east near economy technology developing area, west are automatic economic trade developing area, to the South are high-tech developing area, to the north is the main city of jilin province.
The main managing scope of our company: The manufacture of mould, plastic parts of automobile, outlook of auto, design and precise testing tools. Now we use UG4.0, PRO/E, CATIA V5R14 and other software to design the program, and adopt the skill of FMEA to control the design analysis.
For the last six years, we designed successfully for the company of Tianjin jiacheng about luggage case of SUTENG auto. We also fulfilled the designation and precision of case mould for AODI A4. And created siqidao qifu mould, which was researched by ourselves, any index of this products had been checked and testified by Germany DAZHONG TL82036 INNER decoration standard, which satisfy the requirement of the first automobile company. Therefore, we received the rewards of science-technology improvement of jilin province. After then, we cooperated with Italy-IDG company to design the face of BENTENG auto for the HONGQI corperation. At the same time, we designed and modified several styles of automobiles′ face for light bus factory of jilin.
Now we have set branch company in Beijing (Beijing wangle plastic mould company), mainly majored in the manufacture and injection of kinds of moulds. The perfect precision, producing system may supply our customers with great mould, products, perfect skills service and even after-sales service. The export quantity takes up 30% of annually products. They are mainly exported to Germany, Spain, Stewen and other European countries.
