Ningbo Sanding Steel Pipe Engineering Co., Ltd. (NSPE) is a large corporation which is professional in manufacturing submerged-arc welded steel pipe. The total property is up to RMB 400 million. Now we have several large manufacture bases, and we have been the leading company in manufacturing large-caliber welded steel pipe inland.
We had imported the spiral welded pipe machine unit which has already achieved the international advanced technology level and has the highest domestic production standard from WILSON BYARD of Britain. We have advanced straight welded steel pipe machine unit, world-leading online UT inspection system, X-ray real-time detection system, large hydraulic testing machine, functional physics& chemistry inspection & analysis center and quality inspection center. We mainly manufacture fluid conveying pipe and pipe pile for project under the relative national and industrial standard. The product dimension(spiral welded pipe): Pipe diameter: φ 400---3600mm, wall thickness: δ 5_25mm. The main technical characteristic: Extra diameter, ultimate wall thickness, extra long and movable production. The annual production capacity is up to 200, 000 Ton. The product dimension(straight welded pipe): Pipe diameter: φ 400---6000mm, wall thickness: δ ≤ 80mm(φ 3000mm) & ≤ 60mm (φ 2000mm).
We have been awarded many glories such as "advanced technical company with foreign investment", "best economical benefit company", "AAA grade credit" through our basical management. We have passed the ISO9002 quality system in 1996, being the first company which passed this authentication in the welded pipe field in China. And we have passed the ISO9001: 2000 revision.
