Infusion of congou: The drinking of congou includes two methods: Pure and mixing. The pure method demands for infusion method. The tea pots and cups shall be warmed, that is, the clean glassware shall be washed with boiled hot water and such water shall have a temperature up to 95 degree. In the infusion of congou, it is necessary to infuse water at a high level to make tea leaves spread better by means of water impact. About a minute later, pour the tea with initial savor into a pitcher rapidly and evenly. The tea is available for drinking. The mixing method: Put tea into a tea pot; Infuse boiling water into pot; Pour out tea liquid into tea cups; And then add milk, sugar, lemon juice, honey or champagne into it. You can mix it with any things as you want for different flavors.
