Founded at the base of the branch of the Nanjing Wei-Fen Motor Factor, which was a large second-class enterprise in the country and set up in 1956, our enterprise, the Nanjing Huakai Micromotor Co., Ltd. Is now enjoying a ever prosperity. The Nanjing Wei-Fen Motor Factory used to be among the leading manufacturers of China′s micro-motor industry and have the honor to be chosen as the appointed manufacturer of micro-motor for the China′s military use. Converted into a privately owned joint-stock enterprise in 1997, we not only have great confidence to inherit the good custom and experience, but also have made full preparations to start a better future.
Our company has rich experience in design, development and manufacture in the field of highly precise micro-motor. The East Red, China′s first man-made satellite, used the 12TZ Motor made to its measure by our enterprise. TZ Hysteresis Synchronous Motor series, cooperatively made by our enterprise and XI′an Micr-omotor Research Institute have successfully passed the state-level test. The FY-1D, FY-2D and Shenzhou 3 satellites also used our TZ motors.
Huakai has a reliable ability to design, develop and manufacture micro-motors, which not only benefits from its engineering and technical personnel of all ages with high level of scientific research, but also from the long-term and successful cooperation with the Motor Depatment of Tsinghua University, Southeast University and Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, XI′an Micro-motor Research Institute and Shanghai Micro-motor Research Institute.
In addition to the firm technical support, our company possesses perfect production conditions, including newly-built workshops, complete universal and special equipment for micro-motor production, perfect testing instruments, scientific management and ISO9002-2000 quality assurance system, all of which ensure that products sold at home and abroad are superior in quality. Our present production capacity can ensure an annual output of 80 thousand special micro-motor or 0. 5million common ones.
