We are specialized in producing precision castings with silica sol shell mold made in the field of stainless steel, carbon steel, alloy steel, tool steel, corrosion resistant steel, heat resistant steel, special high alloy steel and part of copper & aluminum materials.
We have professional quality team and integrity quality control ability. We had already been successfully certified with ISO 9001: 2015/GB/T 19001-2016 by DNV class society. We are able to supply technical support (Products drawing, design of process device, mould design development etc. ), Chemical composition analysis before pouring, mechanical performance test, non-destructive testing, metallographic inspection, 3D dimensional inspection, X-ray inspection and other inspection according to your request.
