Guided by Mr. Du Xingwu, master of Precision Instruments and Mechanology of Tsinghua University, Hengyang Huayi Machinery Co., Ltd. was established in 2001. Our factory is located in Hengyang city, Hunan province. The area of factory is 38000 square meters. We professionally produce HTV Rubber injection machines, LSR injection machines, platen vulcanizing presses, transfer presses and relevant moulds. They are used to produce sealing parts, shock absorption parts, insulators, cable joints, arresters, corners and all kinds of rubber parts.
For manufacturing facilities, we have large vertical lathe, coordinate boring machine, large planer, CNC boring and milling machine, CNC lathe, advanced cutting machines and other machinery. It guaranteed our processing capability and high quality products. At present, our capacity reaches 300 machines annually, with the support of 260 staff members, including 24 R&D engineers, 11 QC and 70 technicians. What is more, we have strict management system according to ISO9001: 2000 and ERP system.
For technology, we have gained Patents of Liquid rubber shaping and cold runner assistant shaping. Patent No.: ZL 200620050456X, ZL 200420069235.8, ZL 2004 2 0036252.1.
Huayi is a high-tech enterprise which releases at least 50 new designs every year. It provides advantages for our export. Our main exporting markets are Mexico, USA, Germany, Russia, Iran, India, Ukraine, Brazil, Africa and all over the world. We will expand our export market and increase export quantity.
