We specialized produce the metal shelf of the air-conditioner, the Refrigerator tier rack, the wine rack, and the racks frames that life uses. At present, company be qualified for have several advanced Production facility and detecting equipment, fixed assets to be 5 million RMB, main equipment has straight line machine, the coiling machine, welding machine, punch, automation electroplating line. The daily output reach 20000 pieces the above, working procedure moulds for the batch model, wiredrawing, stamping, welding, molding, electroplating (soaking plastic, coating). Be able to demand to provide various metal wire frame product completely according to the customer. After unremitting efforts for many years, we try a new developed alloy plating process which plating products have passed the Neutral Salt Spray Test over 90hours according to the National Standard, and the high quality productions were sold in homeland and overseas market that we have won the reputably values from all the costumers.
