Dechengwang provide professional work for customizing PTFE component parts for applications that require the high purity, chemical resistance, and thermal & electrical properties of performance PTFE by precision Automatic Lathe, CNC Machining and Stamping Machining. Our machinists are highly experienced with many PTFE grades & PTFE compounds, & advanced engineering plastics. PTFE compounds include PTFE fillers of glass fiber, carbon, bronze, molybdenum - each compounded with PTFE to improve mechanical & wear properties. Advanced engineering plastics include PEEK, PVDF, POM.
