Qingdao MTW Fasteners Co., Ltd., founded in 1999, is a professional manufacturing and exporting company, supplying various stainless(-)steel standard fasteners. We manufacture fasteners according to DIN, ISO, ANSI, GB, ASTM, JIS, and BS standards, as well as to other specifications, both standard and nonstandard, to fit our customer? Special requirements. These may include grades 4.8, 6.8, 8.8, 10.9, 12.9, A2-50, A2-70, and A4-70. *

Our factory covers an area more than 25, 000 cbm*, and employs more than* 500 workers. We are completely equipped to manufacture fine steel fasteners, from shipping and* processing the raw materials through quality--testing our final products.
Our production machines include: * a Continuous Bright Carburizing Quenching (Hardening) Furnace, a Spheroidizing Annealing Furnace, a Multifunctional Cold(--)forming Processing Machine, a High(--)Frequency Fatigue Testing Machine, a Spectral Analysis Machine, a Universal Tensile Testing Machine, and more.
There are two warehouses within the factory, with storage capacity for 10, 000 tons of material. We are able to offer products graded from 4.8 to 12.9 in all of the international standard systems. *
