We, Shanxi Wonder Enterprises(Group) Ltd., located in one of China′s major industrial areas, has been manufacturing and exporting casting parts of all kinds for years. Our annual output for various kinds of finished, or semi-finished Ferrous casting products have reached 20,000 metric tons.

Our foundry was established in 1988. It covers an area of 6,000 square metres, has a staff of more than 150 people and 25 various engineering technicians, 8 of whom are medium & high grade engineering technicians.

Now, it has developed into a comprehensive enterprise that integrates its foundry and mechanical processing into a whole. We produce series of spheroidal cast iron and gray cast iron. The main materials of castings are QT 400-800(GGG40-70), HT 150-350(GG15-30) and so on. Its main products form a complete set for engineer compressor, automobile, elevator, pump, valve and engineering machinery.

The key to an enterprise′s survival and development lies in its high quality, Our foundry is equipped with advanced foundry equipments. Its capacity of manual moulding (colophony sand, green sand ) reaches 1000 tons per month, mechanical moulding(DISA line) capacity 1000 tons per month and its capacity of casting reaches as much as 20,000 tons. We use cupola(3T/H); Medium frequency induction electric furnace (0, 5 T, 1 set ) for smelting. Meanwhile, we′re qualified with testing facilities, such as digital analyzer and routine testers.
