In compliance with the potential demand initiated by 2014 World Cup in Brazil, Zhenhua specifically designs some 5", 6" Smart Mobile Phone with ISDB-T as well as Tablet PC with ISDB-T and GPS functions. In the mean while, it also makes great investment on the ANATEL Certification for these items.
Zhenhua is located on 6th Floor, Veterans Building, Veterans Hengfang Industrial city, No. 3012 Xingye Road, Bao′an District, Shenzhen, China. With a total area of 3500 square meters, it is divided into 8+1 workshops: 8 assembly lines and one separated packing workshop. Homothermal Electronic Material Warehouse, Ordinary Material Warehouse, Finished Product Warehouse, and Business Office stand next to each other but separately.
The workshops apply advanced Dust-Free Filtration Technology and first-class Communication Terminal production lines. The key devices includes Mobile Phone Screen Automatic Dispensing Machine, CMW500 Integrated Tester from ROHDE&SCHWAR, CMD55 Integrated Tester, Agilen8960 Integrated Tester, STARPOINT SP60 10 TD-SCDMA Integrated Tester, WiFi Litepoint IQFLEX Tester, Bluetooth Agilent N4010A Tester, GSG-54 8 Channel GPS Signal Simulative Generator, Charger 3000V Puncture Tester, Leader LG3802 ISDB-T Signal Generator, LEADER LG 3804 DVB-T Signal Generator, CMG2000 CMMB Signal Generator, advanced Dust-Removal Operation Platform, Dust-Free Purification Tent and the likes of advanced production tester.
Recently, we have been attracted to the development of 4G Communication Terminal and the Introduction of counterpart testing devices. Nowadays, our workshops are armed with large central air conditioner, which makes sure a comfortable and good production operation environment. Zhenhua is consisted of 450 staff: 260 production personnel, 100 quality controlling staff (they are classified as IPQC, QC, QA respectively), 50 engineers as well as a professional team for IQC incoming material inspection.
