The main developing direction of the company has been the manufacture of sinter products during the recent years. The company has won two nationwide practically new type patents. Patents and designed and manufactured dozens of sizes of sinter equipments. The main products we supply include: Sinter machines with 75m2, 108m2, 132m2, 265m2, 360m2, 400m2, and circular cooler with 90m2, 140m2, 160m2, 300m2, 400m2, 450m2.
In order to produce rapidly and better, the company has independently designed and produced many sets of processing equipment on the basis of using large universal machine tool. And this has greatly improved the producing efficiency and the product precision.
In order to improve the using performance of the equipment and the service life of the pallet body, the company bought two more five-ton intermediate-frequency electric furnace, realizing double melting. Owing to the use of advanced wire-feeding spheroidizing process, all the chemical&physical index of the pallet body has taken the lead in this field at home. In the process of quality controlling, the company adopts the internationally advanced inspecting equipment to keep a pass strictly and in the mean time, pay more attention to the control of production processes. The inspecting equipments include: Italian Optical Emission Spectrometer, Japan-made furnace carbon-silicon equivalence analyzer and Electron Metallurgical Micro-analyzer, etc.
There has been a certain scale no matter in the settingups of the equipment or the personnel.
