Shang an (Beijing) Science and Technology Development Co., Ltd. is a limited liability company with independent corporate capacity. It is a modern technology enterprise organized by the former Beijing Shang an Architecture Materials Plant, and it also is a professional enterprise engaged in the research and development, production, sale and service of new-typed water-seal materials. The enterprise is the first unit in Beijing that has passed acceptance and got professional producing license issued by the State Quality and Technical Supervision Bureau and hence successfully registered the brands of both "Shang An" and "Yu An′ in State Trademark Bureau, and its products are extensively applied in these fields such as metro, tunnel, high-speed railway, municipal road and bridge, airport and projects like of heat, power and hydraulics as well as all kinds of underground projects of buildings.

Our company mainly produces water-seal materials in around one hundred kinds of dimensions such as rubber water-seal strip, water-inflated seal rod, polysulfide sealant, subway and tunnel grouting pipe, polyurethane water-seal glue, polyethylene obturator seal plate, rubber products and so on. The company consists of Supply Department, Production Department, Technique and Quality Department, Research and Development Department, Sales Department, Laboratory, Financial Department and Enterprise Management Department. Depending on scientific management system, advanced producing equipment, precise testing equipment and high quality products as well as good services, we have won the trusts from our extensive customers. We have currently established good cooperating relations with many large-scale architecture units such as China Construction Group, China Railway Group, China Communications Construction, Sino-hydro Corporation, Construction and Engineering Group and Beijing Urban Construction Group and so on. More over, our products have been sold to various parts of our country and are used for national key projects such as the Olympic project (National Indoor Stadium, the Olympic Media Village, Olympic Central Area Road Network Project, the Capital Airport Expansion Project), metro project, South-to-North water diversion project and High-speed railway special line project etc for many times. In many countries and regions such as Vietnam, Malaysia, Mongolia, Fiji, Angola and Equatorial Guinea etc, our products have also been exporting.

The company has passed the ISO9001 International Quality System Certification and has obtained the import-export rights of goods from the National Custom, and become an Archival Administrative Enterprise of Beijing Construction Committee, the membership unit of China National Water-proof Building Materials Industry Association, Director-level Unit of Capital Water-seal Material Association. It has been awarded as Quality Trust Unit.
