Established in 2020, Shanghai Baha Trading Co., Ltd. Is based on over 30years accumulation of various catering equipments research development technology and manufacture experience, including 20 years R& D on Japanese Western cuisine products and 10 years widen multi categories catering products. To serve our customers domesitc and abroad with more lines of products, more compatative prices, we set up Baha trading company. Expanding our products range, providing one-stop purchase, solving problems of catering products from choosing to using to maintaining are always our working objectives.

From 1992, our factory started designing and manufacturing Taiwn and Japanese style teppanyaki grill table, Barbecue oven, Chinese cuisine stove, Western kitchen equipment, Dish Washer, Refrigerator& Freezer, etc. We have owned more than 10 mature production lines or series of equipments. Teppanyaki grill table series have won more than 10 patents, "national teppanyaki manufacturing standard drafter"honor title, and achieved more than 85% domestic teppanyaki market; Teppanyaki grill tables and barbecue ovens have been approved with CE certificate and have been export to over 100 countries and districts abroad.

Since 2010, based on our own production lies, with our factory and company′s all our colleagues′hard working, we have widenned and integrated our catering products lines into 26 great series with total about 100branch series, including from Japanese French teppanyaki to whole western cuisine, from Chinese traditional streetside barbecue to authentic Japanese Korean styles of barbecue table, from commercial refrigerator& Freezer ice maker icecream machine to open cabinet cake chocolate showcase, from rice flour vegetable fruit meat material process to high end brand of molecular gourmet fine dining, from traditional Chinese dimsum cotton candy to Western various snaks, and from dining materials to catering packing machinery etc. Till 2022, we have successfully served more than 1000 catering chain stores, end-users, supermarkets, big middle size entreprises, etc with kitchen space design, arrangement, F& B products integrating and supplying.

With rapid development of society, big data artificial intelligence and so on new technology have been widely used in all fields of society including catering industry.
