FOSHAN S. L. P. SPECIAL MATERIALS Co., Ltd. (former name Foshan Nanhai Jinlong Nonwoven Co., Ltd. ), was founded in 2000, a Hong Kong owned enterprise with registered capital 100 million RMB, total investment 200 million RMB, it is an ISO9001-2008 certified company and famous brand enterprise of Guangdong province.

The company is located at Shishan Industrial Park of Foshan Nanhai, covering an area of approx. 35000 sqm, specializes in production polyester spunbonded nonwovens and polyester spunbonded needle punched nonwovens, and other related futher processing products, PLA nonwovens, functional nonwovens (flame retardant, anti-statics, oil &water repellent, etc. ).

The company intruduced the first self-developed polyester spunbonded nonwovens production line since 2002, the new line combined Chinese & German technology which filled up a gap in this field. The first line produces 15-260GSM polyester spunbonded nonwovens, maximum width 3200mm, annual capacity 3000 tons, after 4 years′ marketing development, the second same production line of polyester spunbonded nonwovens was successfully brought into operation in 2006, same weight range, width 2200mm, annual capacity 1500 tons. The third project of a 6600mm wide polyester spunbonded needle-punched production line was put into production in November 2008, total capacity of three lines reach 10000 tons per year.

We work strongly with academician of Northwest University and founded the second Academician Work Station on March 15th, 2008 in Foshan area. We also work closely with South China University of Technology to strenthen our R & D ability and feed more high quality experts into the company.

The company insisted the scientific innovation as the development direction. In 2011, our company successfully built the first production line of filter media of polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) spunbonded nonwovens in the international. The width of the production line is 2.4 meters, annual capacity is 1200 tons, specialize in production of polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) filter media and deep processing products (singe, PTFE membrane, PTFE coated, oil & water repellent, etc). On June 1st, 2011, the product line passed the technical evaluation of China National Textile And Apparel Council, and the product evaluation of China Association of Environmental Protection Industry. Experts all agreed that the whole set of technologies reached the international advanced level.
