Main Instruction

This complete machine is a full automatic high-speed packing machine,which using automatic control to convey and pack foods,such as chocolate and other food which are not easily be handled or fragile.
The complete machine consists of 1 unit WS-SBSN450 Packing Machine and 1 unit WS-SBZL500 Arranging and Feeding Machine.

 Adopt PLC &  program software , easy operating and setting .Auto-human touch screen and three color warning light ,self failure diagnosis , clear failure display . Fully automatic program-controlled with servo motors,highly stable and reliableFlexible in color sensor settings,paper feeding self-tracking and correction during packing ,providing a consistent packing style and a good product appearance.Self-protection for abnormal product.Online product feeding status monitoring-only feeding wrapping paper when product arrives desired position,which keeps paper consumption at an extremely low level.Removable truckle with machine ,height can be adjusted.Large space switch power supply,electrical device's brand can be choose.

6.4.Spare Parts Guarantee: one year ,except spare parts loss because of incorrect operation.
6.5.Other Terms:Facility's installation and debugging should be finished in BUYER's factory by the assigned engineer (usually ONE person) from SELLER's factory.BUYER should
afford all the expenses generated as soon as engineer being away from China,which
including transportation,meals,accommodations,as well as additional USD50 per person per
day during installation and debugging.
