Chongqing longing papermaking industry Co., Ltd is wholly-owned state holding enterprise which is attached to chongqing light textile holding (group) Co., Ltd (cqlt). Chongqing light textile holding (group) Co., Ltd is one of eight state own industry group, which own 24 second level enterprises including chongqing beer group, foreign trade group, Shanghai sanmao enterprise (group) Co., Ltd, chongqing dencare, chongqing shixian taibai liquor industry (group ) Co., Ltd and so on. The group is one large state-owned holding group which involves in industrial production, domestic business and foreign trade and has the production and sales value more than RMB 10, 000, 000, 000. It ranked 448th in top 500 China enterprise and 260th in China manufacturing enterprise.

The group planned the project of bamboo and wood pulp with annual production 95, 000 tons in 2006, and did integrated planning and put into practice stage by stage. The whole project takes up the area of 1080 mou. For the earlier stage, it takes up more than 200mou, and has the registered capital RMB300, 000, 000. During this stage, it will set up the high grade household paper, and adopt two sets of world advanced equipments- kawasaki bf-10ex high grade household paper production line and most advanced domestic finished production line. In 2012, the group will choose American metso periformer crescent high grade household paper production line(30000ton/set per year)and the production reach 60000ton per year, and then select the machine and set up the project of pulp.

The main products of chongqing longjing papermaking include kinds of household papers such as roll paper, facial tissue, handkerchief paper, napkin paper, hand towels, foot towels, finished base paper and other paper used in public places.
