1. SMT was found in 1987, in Taipei, TW, and started trading business in cables and connectors;
2.1992, having establishment of SMT(Zhongshan) in Mainland China, construction of factory building with floor area 4, 663 square meters for production of connectors, cables, telephone accessories, as well as electroplating sub-contracting, installation of die cast and plastic injection machines, etc.
3. In the period of 1993-2007, Sandmartin has tremendous development, some achievement you can know much about our development. 2005 SMT listed on the Main Board of Stock Exchange of Hong Kong 2006 SMT acquired BCN distributions, S. A group of companies, and headquartered in Spain.
By now, company was 21 years since establishment, the construction be with floor area over 130, 000 square meters, and production staffs we had more than5, 000. Spread in Zhuhai, Ningbo of mainland China, TW office including, also we have Own Brand branch abroad, like TRT, BCN, etc...In the meanwhile, we have an independent and powerful R&D department with engineers, staffs 103.
Our main product: Consist of Cable, cable assembly, connector, tel-come and networking communication accessories ---like wall plate, key stone, patch panel, RF & A/V Connectors, Computer Accessories Data Switch & Hubs, Networking Accessories/Telephone Accessories etc.
We also produce the fiber productions, our Partner (FLT) Optic-Fiber Communication Department.
And HDMI series is the latest new product we promoted, at the end of last year we were HDMI member. We have complete certificates for our product, including CE/UL/CUL/ROHS; We still have a high efficient design team, it′s flexible to meet various Brand or packing demands from customers.
More production line we start, and concern more field, specially CATV, SATV accessories ---such as splitters, LNB, DiSEqC switches, satellite receivers, and current HDMI products. Our powerful R&D department, continuously to do effort and make new products to meet the new trends of market.
