OUR PRODUCTION FLOW:
First of all, all raw material, such as polyester, nylon and eco-friendly etc. Are made form yarn by woven and dyed according to PMS colors.
Then, all lanyard material is put on printing table(as long as 40 meters)by hand, making sure all bands are so straight that no printing deviation will happen during printing process.

Here comes to the printing. All silk-screen printings ard finished by hand. It takes at least 3 times painting even for 1 color logo to make sure logo is printed clearly and perfetly.
