Basic Troubleshooting:
 
1. The mopping machine rotating slowly, there may be insufficient battery power, please charge.
 
2. The mopping machine rotate unevenly, probably the duster not installed correctly, please adjust the duster.
 
3. The mopping machine don't work when turned on, please check if the aluminum rods connect well.
 
4. The mop can not wipe the floor clean, please check whether the mop cloth get aging and replace it timely.
