Unloader valve, also named rotary star type discharge valve, is composed by 3 parts, electrical machine, tooth differenced planetary gear speed reducer (X) or nylon needle cycloid speed reducer (Z) and dragon tripper.

2.Detail Information

2.1 Material from the inlet into the discharge valve,then falling into the "V" shaped grooves , with the rotation of the impeller,after that the material in the tank was sent to the discharge port to discharge from chute .

2.2 Rotary airlock valve use closed rotor and can ensure airflow pressure does not leak within the pipeline ,materials can be transport safely and disposal .In this regard also called an air lock . It can not only withstand voltage while both ordinary functions.

2.3 It can be used in the normal temperature of the material that below the 80 degrees and can continuously feeding into the tube .It also can be used as discharge function in collecting and separation system.
