Shenyang Guoan Institute for Anti-riot Products which consist of Liaoning Guoan Anti-riot Science and Technology Co., Ltd. is a join-stock manufacture and import & export corporation. The registered capital is 10 million RMB. The manufacturing and researching factory address is based in No. 31 Lingbei Street, Huanggu District. Now we have 13 senior title engineers and 28 middle title engineers. Our Institute keeps pace with the times, we regard high science and technology strengthening police as our strategic direction.

We are an integrated corporation in researching, manufacturing and selling special equipment for police and army. Our product has been audited by China Inspection Institute since June 2003 and is in line with the international quality management system ISO 9001: 2008 certification. In January 2003 after being inspected by Ministry of Public Security, our corporation was designated as a single police equipment manufacture. To promote our country legal system in the 21st century and combine with international counter-terrorism anti-riot and protective equipment in order to raise the level of standardization, our institute has put great energy and a lot of money into new products development.

A kind of new bullet-proof vest which is made of composite materials adopting the latest unique design has been developed by our institute. This product is safer, lighter and of better ballistic resistance that has already been approved and put into use by police, public security organs, armed police and financial security department. We keep in strict accordance to Ministry of Public Security standards to meet both domestic and foreign demands and have provided hundreds of thousands of body armor. We rank the first place in China domestic manufacturing level and have an absolute advantage and ability for the defense of social harmony and state property.
