Incorporated in March 2000, SYSC now becomes a senior ISO9001-2000 certified plastic card manufacturer, who owns the capacity and expertise for extensive types of cards, with contact and contacless smart cards being her major output. Thanks to the developed technology, state-of-the-art machinery and competent workforce, SYSC has produced and supplied hundreds of millions of high quality plastic & smart card to our clients accoss Europe and America in the past decade, and won deserved market reputation. Currently, SYSC owns a monthly capacity for five million smart card of various kinds.
Our cards fulfil the ISO 7810 and 7811 standards and are made of materials of renowned Chinese and European suppliers. The cards can be produced with material of PVC, PET / PETG, ABS or paper and in sizes of ISO credit card, clamshell, keyfob, or customer die cut. In year 2010, flip-chip bonding inlay has been used in producing contactless smart cards, which brings the card with much better consistency & reliability than those general cards that are produced with traditional weld bonding inlay.
We work with world brand of semicontactors, including NXP (previously known as Philips), EM Microelectronics, Infineon, Atmel and Legic who provide the most popular smart card ICs in the business.
