Method of use:
1, ink viscosity is higher, should fully stir well before use;

3, mirror silver printing, let their table to see mirror effect, and the dry and then selected according to the characteristics of the printing substrate heating dry completely;
4, to prevent scratch after printing, be sure to use gland ink to chop, chop ink can use our company special thinner.
5, mirror effect is produced by ink layer and material together, so the only printed on the back of the transparent material, the front will have the mirror effect.
Note:
1, for different transparent substrate, the same on the surface of the mirror silver mirror effect;
2, printing, use different types of diluent mirror effect doesn't even have a different effect;
3, improper use gland ink may also affect specular effect;
4, printing mirror silver screen tension should be slightly lower, net distance should also be closer at the same time reducing the pressure of scraper, otherwise broken mirror effect that produces;
5, printing ink dry speed faster, in order to prevent plugging, don't print where the air circulation;
6, mirror oil drying of printing the best in the normal temperature table after dry, mirror effect has been produced, and 60 ~ 70 degrees bake 30 minutes until completely dry.

In pieces and storage
