A:  We usually ship the goods by DHL, UPS, FEDEX (take about 3-5 working days to the destination), EMS,TNT (take 5-8 working days) within 1-3 working days after your payment.
 
5.Q: How about your quality control and warranty?
A:  1). 7.Q: What's the package of your products?
A:  Cell phone spare parts would be packed in anti-static bags, bubble bags and carton. Cell phone accessories usually packed in opp bag, foam box and carton or customized single box.
 
8.Q:Could I get a sample before making order?
A:Yes, our company offers samples for quality test or other business purposes, but we kindly ask you to pay for samples and the freight.
 
9.Q:Do you provide OEM/ODM service?
A: Yes, of course .We have a professional team which is experienced in research, design and manufacture color decoration cases. You just send us the high definition images, text, logo and how would you like to arrange them. We will try our best to put your ideas into effect and sent you finished files for confirmation.  
 
10.Q:What are the terms of payment you offer?
A:T/T, Western Union, Money Gram and cash only.
